Allotments Agreement
from Elton Estates – proposed Cllr Lucas seconded Cllr Butcher Letter
from Julie Barker – proposed Cllr Butcher seconded Cllr Garvey
that Julie Barker receive the whole
plot. Andrew
Burgess has contacted this Council regarding allotment space
and has asked to speak to Council. Proposed Cllr Butcher seconded
Cllr Garvey and carried that we ask him to attend the next
Full Council meeting on 8th September 2009 so that
he may address the entire Council rather than a small committee.

that we actively seek allotment sites in the coming year. |

Footpaths Due
to the Clerk’s absence due to ill health three quotes have
yet to be obtained. The Clerk will obtain the quotes and bring
them to Full Council. |
