Email from Tony Smith – Lost jacket – Clerk to respond inform him of our policy and that we would not be refunding him for the jacket.

Halls Maintenance

Flooring in Austin Hall – The Clerk is to write to East Midland Flooring and express our concern at that fact that we have not received the result of the survey into the flooring and that no one has called us back despite our phone calls. Proposed Cllr Metcalfe seconded Cllr Richardson and carried.

Stretton pre-school have made a request for a chalk board to be placed outside and two notice boards in each kitchen. Proposed Cllr Lucas seconded Cllr Metcalfe and carried.

Corridor between both Halls

Proposed Cllr Richardson seconded Cllr Lucas that we accept the quotation from George V Hope in it’s entirety.

Chamber

The Clerk will contact Mr Thompson of Ramsey to ask his advice on increasing the size of the table as we have used him before for joinery.

£40,000 for building Works in corridor between halls to include a disabled toilet

£3,000 for table extension and additional chairs

£5,000 for general maintenance
