Proposed Management report – proposed Cllr Rickman seconded Cllr Thorne and carried that this form of reporting should be placed before full council each month. The Clerk would speak to the bookkeeper and ask her to prepare a report each month.

Internal and External Audit

Clerk reporting to committee that Russell Wright will be visiting her during the week beginning 4^th June 2007 to enable us to sign off the external audit form. Cllr Rickman suggesting that this item is only now placed on the agenda should the Clerk have anything to report.

a) Letter from Huntingdon District Council – Appeal Decision - 1 Nightingale Close, Yaxley – noted

b) Notices from Huntingdon District Council – Park Close,  35a Middletons Road and 75 Broadway. Clerk would establish the date of the meeting and one member of this committee would attend to register our objections to Park Close.

Health and Safety and Security

Risk Assessments – The Clerk requesting that Cllr Richardson be invited to the next F & GP Committee meeting to advise us as to whether we are covered as far as risk assessments are concerned.  It was agreed to invite Cllr Richardson to the next meeting.
