Health and Safety and Security

Cllr Richardson is still accessing the Risk Assessments and will report back to us at the next meeting.

SCAG – Ibbetts to be contacted to look at the SCAG and ask them to assess the vibration problem. We will ask for a replacement which any work is carried out.

Assistant Clerk advertisement approved. Proposed that this advertisement goes on the notice boards and website.

Website

List of past councillors has now been included on the site. The advertisement for a new clerk will go onto the site together with the information regarding Park Close. Clerk also asking for past minutes to be placed on the website dating back 6 months. Website visits are extremely high at present.
