Staff Matters
The Clerk is concerned that her work
is not being completed within the 4 hours per day that she is contracted
to work. She is completing a time sheet but wanted clarification from the
Committee that she could work more hours as and when required. The Clerk
was informed that she could work up to a maximum of 10 extra hours per week
should this be required.
Jason Thorne There is no issue over
Jasons work, he is a hard worker but there is a little concern about him
being alone and unsupervised. On his return from holiday a meeting would
be held with Jason just to clarify with him that he should be with another
member of staff when working especially if he is using machinery from a
Health and Safety point of view.
