FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT

From 1st January 2009, it is the duty of every public authority to maintain a publication scheme. 

The information listed below is the type of information that is available from Yaxley Parish Council.

Most of the information is available on our website www.yaxleypc.org.uk for free.

However, where the information is not available on the website the Clerk can be contacted via email clerk@yaxleypc.org.uk or by telephone 01733 241031 and a hard copy can be sent out at a cost of 10p per sheet plus 2nd class postage payable in advance.

The Services we offer are:-

·         Allotment rental with a tenancy agreement

·         Burial ground – fees and rules apply

·         Hire of three halls namely, Owen Pooley Hall, Austin Hall and Queen’s Park Hall

·         Play areas namely, Allard Close, Daimler Avenue, Blenheim Way, Dundee Estate and Recreational ground.

·         Playing fields namely, Queen’s Park which includes 2 adult football pitches and 4 junior football pitches and the Recreational Ground which includes three junior football pitches and the Yaxley Cricket Club

·         Bus shelters
