Music in the Park

Cllr Rees put forward the suggestion in conjunction with the Youth Group. The event is planned for 29th May 2010. The idea is to have bands play on the recreation ground during day and money raised will fund a music making room in the recently refurbished Youth Building. The Police, HDC and youth groups are all in support of the event. Cllr Rees would like a couple of volunteers to assist with the organisation of the event and all that is needed from the Council is the use of the recreational ground. Cllr Rees will report to Council on a regular basis.

Report from representatives

Proposed Cllr Oliver seconded Cllr Richardson and carried that we give full support to this idea.

Cllr Rickman report to Council regarding the Neighbourhood Forum which replaces the Neighbour Policing Panels.
